I'm on day 5. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS WORKS!!!! I told my sister about it and while she scoffed at first she's on Day 2 and as ecstatic as I am. My appetite is a fraction of what it used to be and I no longer have trouble drinking the oil (in fact, I look forward to it because I know what it's going to do for me).  I'm totally confident that I'm going to be able to lose the 20 lbs of baby weight.  I'm telling you, I could cry. -- Katy

New folks--please read this first! 6 things you need to know.
« on: September 30, 2006, 01:48:00 PM »

This is the link to the FAQ.
http://boards.sethroberts.net/index.php?board=12.0

In it are the answers to many questions, like:

How do I get a kewl ticker?

How do I start?

Where can I buy Seth's book?

and many other questions you didn't even know you had.

Then take some time and run around in the forums.

There's also a search function at the top of the page.
Type in a word or two of the topic that you are looking for and see if it's here. Chances are someone else has posted about it already.

If you have a question, post it in 'Ask Seth or Someone Else'.
Here's the link
http://boards.sethroberts.net/index.php?board=3.0
You'll get a quick response from one of the friendly folks here.

You may want to consider getting the book.
--it is totally unlike any other 'diet' book I have ever read before--well worth your time and money.

HOW TO REPLY TO A COMMENT

If you look at the top of each post, there are a row of buttons. Click on the one that says "Quote".

A new window will pop up with what the other person wrote in it. Click inside the window after all of the other text and start typing.

If you want to get rid of some of the other text, you can--just like deleting text in MS Word. (Highlight and press the 'delete' key on your keyboard.

Also--there's a 'reply' button at the bottom of every post. Click on it and a new window will pop up, void of any text.

Good luck!

This has all been a great help!  It's so nice to be a "newbie" and not wandering around aimlessly wondering what to do. Very Happy

This needs to be a sticky so that it stays on top.  Great post Bekel!  The book is under $12.00 at Amazon.com, buy two and a paperback and get free shipping. Wink

That is a very good idea -- exactly what you need for the price point (noseclips are cheap).

Ah, this post is in more than one sub-forum.  It is a sticky in one, but not the other.

Myself, I just want to get some blue stars ... Wink

I got the new version of the book at Walmart.com (dreaded music in the background for all of you Walmart haters) and it was less than $10 with $0.97 shipping.  It even arrived two weeks ahead of the scheduled availability date.

I tried the search first.    Where can I find clues to all of the SLD language?  I know that eloo is extra light olive oil. I lost.

This is not exhaustive--we really need to work on it. If you'll post the abbreviations in that thread, then I (or someone else) will define them
