The wonderful thing about SLD is that you don't have to actually restrict yourself.  There has never been a point during the last 6 months where I felt like I was being restricted in what I could eat.  I have been eating healthier, for sure, but that's a side effect of the AS for me, not because I'm trying to avoid "bad" foods.  And there are plenty of times when I eat the same old crap I always used to eat, just much much much less of it! -- goblyn

4 hour taste free window
« on: August 18, 2006, 05:25:53 pm »

Just for the hell of it, I tried a 4 hr taste free window day (i.e. 2 hrs either side of the taste free stuff) I was not hungry at all during that time. I just had my last meal, which happened to be the biggest ...crazy spiced Mr Brain's Frozen Faggots and Peas. My tummy is rumbling real bad some 20 mins after eating them. Either the tummy bugs are hungry as frenata once suggested and they are really diving in there or my metabolism is in turbo mode.
