Well OK, maybe - but just don't let her touch chocolate cake!  Frenata, I nominate turnips, eggplant and tripe as your first subjects!

It does kinda hit the right spot doesn't it? In the past 10 days I consumed less than what I would have done in a single day at one time. I think we are somehow getting the same effect that Seth had in Paris.

Falconcy, please re-write your lemonade recipe.
Thanks!

I will say that I do a much more dilute version than Falconcy does--I use a 2.2 Liter bottle (74 oz) and fill with water, add 2 Tbs maple syrup, 3 Tbs lemon juice and a hefty sprinkling of cayenne pepper.  Shake it up and sip both with and between meals all day long--it is sweet tart and spicy all at once and knocks my appetite on its ass.  Thanks F for your recipe --I checked out the Master Cleanse site--I will be interested in your progress--I am not sure the whole deal would be for me--I am afraid of messing with my metabolism any more than it is already messed with--but I love this drink for CFF--works in a way none of the others did for me--

Not much flavor is there? I think I may have put too much pepper in it. it's a hot flash in a bottle!

I think it isn't a bad idea to tweak it--I put a little stevia and extra lemon in so that it is a hot, sweet n sour drink--really cuts my appetite
