I've told him about my diet and the good things eloo is doing for me.  He has actually mentioned maybe he should try it.  I don't want him to have appetite supression at his age.   He already forgets to eat sometimes.   Maybe he could take a maintenance dose.  I'm not sure what that would be.   He was interested in the positive effects it seems to have on sleep.  Maybe it would help him with both of those problems.  Thanks -- BarbH
