Hi, all,
Well, I'm averaging my weight, but yesterday, 5/29, I hit the lowest weight I've seen on my scale since before Christmas. yee haw! And I have to tell you that TOM is here and that's why my weight wasn't budging much in the last week. The other weird thing is that I haven't had a dose of oil in 3 days, and I still have a very suppressed appetite. So, this works! I'm off to take my oil now, though

Neat. Seth says that many people, after a while, find that the effect will cross several days for them. I've been tempted to try skipping a day to see what happens, but haven't tried that yet.

Hi; I'm still around! I went off of the oil completely for weeks... just to see what would happen. The last 2.5 for sure and lots of days between the first month I had no oil or only one dose. My weight loss is still hovering at the same point... it went lower b/c the appetite suppression was still working for a while... for weeks. There MUST be some kind of setpoint association with this... it's sooo strange because many days I still ate a good bit... not low calories... and not much exercise if any some days. And the scale sat there... at my new setpoint

I decided to get back into it full swing as of today: two doses a day...

I began at 249.75 avg weight on 4/30 and am down to 245.93. I avg. weight over each week... I stayed the same for the last two weeks even through TOM. BUT I feel my appetite coming back. I felt it a few days ago, so... it's time to hit the oil again and lose some more weight!

My measurements were:
Chest: 49.5
Waist: 47.7 (biggest part of my belly...ugh)
Hips: 54

Now: Chest: 48.2
Waist: 45.6
Hips: 51.8
