I learned about this diet early this month and got started on May 5th.

So far I have lost 4 pounds.  Not astounding, but I'm pleased because I've not intentionally changed my eating habbits.  However, as a result of taking the oil every meal is like Thanks Giving.  I just ate a slice of pizza and I feel like I had the entire pie.

Funny observation about the diet: while I'm not losing weight quickly the amount of food I'm eating is diminishing rapidly.  I still get hungy, but the amount of food I need to eat to make the hunger go away is very small.

I just ate half a sandwich and I'm stuffed.  I never eat just half a sandwich.  This is so foreign but wonderful.

I've decided to start tracking what I actually eat.

This morning: 6:30am
2 Yoplait Peach Yogurts
1/2 of a chocolate chip muffins
1 Vinti non-fat latte w/ an extra shot
1 Diet coke

Lunch 11:30
Rueben
Brownie
Diet Coke

snack 3:30
1 Tablespoon ELOO  - yummy

snack 5:30
microwave kettle korn

Dinner 6:30
6 thin slices of brisket

snack 8:00
1 cup blue bell sugar free vanilla ice cream (~200 calories)
